Using the Cloudpage name and logo

Last updated 27 August 2026

1. What is registered

The name Cloudpage is registered as a word mark in the Benelux trade mark register, under number 1548559. It was filed on 8 May 2026, registered on 4 August 2026, and runs until 8 May 2036. The holder is Deniz Abbeel, trading as Cloudpage.

The registration covers services in class 42 only: the design, development and implementation of software; professional advice regarding hardware; IT services, IT advice, IT consultancy and IT support services including software troubleshooting; and the creation, design, building, programming, maintenance and hosting of websites, including for third parties.

The register records these goods and services in Dutch, as follows: Software (Ontwerp, ontwikkeling en implementatie van -); Hardware (Professionele advisering met betrekking tot -); IT-diensten; Ondersteunende diensten voor informatietechnologie [IT] [oplossen van problemen met software]; Computer- en IT-advisering; Advisering met betrekking tot IT; IT consultancy-, advies- en informatiediensten; Het creëren en onderhouden van websites; Ontwikkeling van websites; Onderhoud van websites; Het programmeren van websites; Ontwerp van websites; Ontwerp van websites op het Internet; Hosten van websites op het internet; Ontwerp van internet websites; Bouw en onderhoud van websites; Hosten van websites; Creëren en onderhouden van computersites (websites) voor derden.

The registration concerns the name. The Cloudpage logo and visual identity are not part of it and are not registered as a trade mark.

You can verify the registration in the trade mark register of the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property, under number 1548559.

2. Referring to Cloudpage

You may use the name Cloudpage to refer factually to us or to our services, and you may link to this website. You do not need to ask for that. We do ask that the use:

  • is accurate and truthful
  • stays limited to what is needed to refer to us
  • happens without our logo
  • does not give the impression that Cloudpage supports, certifies or endorses your business, product or service when that is not the case

If Cloudpage built your website, the developer credit at the bottom may stay or be removed. That is your choice.

The spelling we use is Cloudpage, as one word with a capital C.

3. What to ask permission for first

The logo and visual materials. The logo is not registered as a trade mark. If you want to use, adapt or redraw it, please ask us first. Please also ask before using visual materials supplied by Cloudpage.

Commercial use of the name where confusion could arise. Think of use in a company name, product name, domain name or promotional material, where people could take it that your business, product or service belongs to Cloudpage or is supported by us. Whether that is the case depends on the circumstances, so if you are unsure, just ask us.

When you send a request, tell us where and how you want to use it, through which channel, and if possible include an example or design. Then we can answer straight away.

4. For clients, and contact

Article 8 of the terms and conditions provides, in summary, that after full payment of all invoices you receive the exclusive right to use the delivered website and its content. The Cloudpage logo and visual identity remain the property of Cloudpage and, like the trade mark, fall outside that right of use. The full provision is set out in article 8 of the terms and conditions.

Questions about trade mark use, or a request for permission, go to support@cloudpage.com.

This page sets out practical guidelines. It does not change existing agreements and does not restrict use that the law permits.
