Terms & Conditions
Last updated 7 May 2026
1. Identification
These terms apply to all services provided by:
- Cloudpage, Kleine Snijdersstraat 34, 9280 Lebbeke, Belgium
- VAT: BE1015.808.348
- Email: support@cloudpage.com
- Phone: +32 476 27 21 96
2. Application
These terms apply to every quote, assignment, and agreement between Cloudpage and the client. Differing terms only apply if agreed in writing.
3. Offer and acceptance
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An assignment is confirmed once the client accepts the offer in writing or by email. Cloudpage starts work after that confirmation is received.
4. Performance
Cloudpage delivers the agreed services with the diligence of a skilled professional. Any delivery dates in quotes or agreements are indicative and depend on the timely delivery of content, feedback, and access by the client. Delays caused by the client extend the delivery date accordingly.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are in euro. Cloudpage operates under the Belgian small business VAT exemption (art. 56bis VAT Code); no VAT is charged for clients in Belgium. For clients based outside Belgium, other VAT rules may apply.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
- For larger projects Cloudpage may request a deposit or staged invoicing.
- If a payment is delayed, we reach out first to find a solution together.
6. Hosting, domain names, and subscriptions
Hosting, maintenance, and domain registration are part of the active subscription, unless agreed otherwise. The client remains the owner of their domain. When the collaboration ends, Cloudpage ensures an orderly handover of the domain and any content the client provided, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid.
7. IT work and interventions
IT services are billed by the hour, based on time actually spent. A time estimate is provided in advance. Travel costs within Flanders are included.
8. Intellectual property
After full payment of all invoices, the client receives the exclusive right of use to the delivered website and its content. Cloudpage retains the right to include the work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party software, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
9. Liability
Cloudpage does its best to deliver every assignment with care. Cloudpage cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for situations outside our control (such as outages at external service providers). Any liability is in any case limited to the value of the relevant assignment.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
11. Complaints
Complaints about a delivered service must be reported in writing within 14 days of detection, via support@cloudpage.com. Cloudpage handles every complaint within a reasonable time.
12. Termination
An ongoing collaboration can be ended by mutual agreement. Work already performed is invoiced up to the point of termination.
13. Governing law and competent court
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Any disputes are exclusively subject to the courts of the East Flanders judicial district, Dendermonde division.
